Placing an order on any site or sales page belonging to the Voice Builder Course implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Prices are indicated in pounds sterling. The price will change due to offers throughout the year; however, the price applied to an order will be that announced at the time of the order.

Secure online payment by credit card/debit card is processed through Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted by industry-standard software and cannot be read during transport over the network. Any guarantee regarding the security of this system is the sole responsibility of Stripe and cannot be attributed to Voice Builder or Systeme.io.

The payment of £49.99 grants the client full access to the course for six months. If the client changes their mind, a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee is available, provided the request is made within 14 days from the date of payment. Please email your request to judy.beaumont@voicebuilder.org, so that you can be reimbursed in full.

The link to access the Course is delivered immediately to the email address specified during the order process. Please ensure the accuracy of the email address you enter. You will be required to enter your email address twice.  If you do not receive your link within 24 hours, please contact us at the email address provided in Article 16. Please check your Spam mailbox.

Voice Builder collects your personal data in the following ways:

• by receiving your completed course registration form

• by receiving your completed free giveaway form

• by receiving your completed form on tiktok/Facebook/Instagram

In compliance with GDPR, the information retained by Voice Builder is limited to your first name, email address, and country of residence. This information is used for sending you access to the course. Voice Builder will not store personal data for longer than is necessary for the execution of the assignment agreed between the Client and Voice Builder. Your personal data will be kept private and never passed on. By accepting these general conditions of sale, you acknowledge that you have read this personal data protection article and consent to the collection and use of this data. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link provided in our emails. You may also request a copy of the information held about you at any time.

Voice Builder reserves the right to adjust the content or organisational content of the course if circumstances require this and Voice Builder deems this appropriate.

All content of the course, including videos and written materials, remains the property of Voice Builder and cannot be copied, recorded, or reproduced without written permission.

Voice Builder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation of the course or its materials. Your participation of the course is at your own risk.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Voice Builder reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be displayed here and you are invited to check these Terms and Conditions regularly.

The Client must notify Voice Builder in writing via email of any shortcoming in the execution of the agreement within forty-eight (48) hours after its discovery. After this period has expired, the complaint is deemed to be late and the services are considered accepted.

Only an expressly motivated complaint will be taken into account. Merely contesting without giving any reason is invalid and therefore without consequence.

Complaints of any nature will never suspend the client's payment obligations. The client is never entitled to make any deduction from the price or part of the price, not even as a guarantee, in the event of complaints or dispute.

Voice Builder shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of government.
